Letter from editorial team

ANURAAG MITRA (Editor in Chief)

Hello,
It's a great honour and privilege for me to be appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of JILIR. I am sure that my team and I would be working hard to accomplish the goals set by the committee for the coming year.
I hope the all the students would keep in mind that analysis of any law is of utmost importance. It would help them in having a diversified opinion on the existing laws. I believe that an article must not only contain the ability to challenge and question the existing legislation but also provide solutions to them. I welcome valuable input from you, our readers, contributors to enhance the overall quality of the journal.

Best wishes.

MANAS DAGA (Executive Editor)

I am a student of College of Legal Studies, UPES, Dehradun pursuing BBA-LLB with specialization in Corporate Laws. Law grows and evolves with and also brings about development and necessary change in every walk of life. We aim to provide a platform for those in the legal fraternity and others interested in the field to voice their opinions freely and openly. The rationale behind having a peer reviewed journal with an open and broad perspective is to encourage different ideologies and points of view not only from those in the legal community, but also from the general populous having an interest in legal issues. The articles in the journal are from diverse fields of law and cover several relevant and contemporary issues.
